RENTAL PERIOD
The shortest rental period is 24 hours. In case of delivery delays, 1/3 of the daily rate is charged for each additional hour. For delays exceeding 3 hours in total, full day fee including CDW (Casco) fee is charged.
 

LONG TERM RENTALS
For long-term rental, the minimum rental period is 30 days. Special price applies. For information on rental prices and conditions, you can call the Rent and Go Reservation Center on +90 543 493 90 07.

ONE WAY HIRE
In case the vehicle is returned to another city from the city where it was received, One Way Fee is applied regardless of the rental period. For one-way fare information, you can call our Reservation Center or the nearest Rent and Go Office.
 

VEHICLE RECEPTION - VEHICLE RELEASE
Car delivery and pick-up from the customer are free of charge at our International Airports Offices, which provide 24-hour uninterrupted service, and during working hours at our other offices. Except for International Airports, vehicle deliveries and vehicle drop-offs outside working hours are free of charge.

AIRPORTS SERVICE FEE
Airport Service fee is not charged for rentals made from Rent and Go Offices at International Airports, which provide 24-hour uninterrupted service.

DRIVER'S LICENSE - AGE OF USE
Persons who are at least 22 years old and have a valid driving license for 2 years can rent a car. For luxury vehicles, it is obligatory to be at least 25 years old.
 

ADDITIONAL DRIVE
The use of the vehicle by someone other than the renter is only possible with the registration of the valid identity and driver's licenses of the drivers who comply with the driving license and usage age rules. If there is no other record and it is determined that the accident was caused by the unregistered driver, the insurances will be void.

ISSUES INCLUDED - NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES
Prices include unlimited mileage of vehicles, vehicle maintenance expenses and automobile insurance. Fuel, bridge, highway fees, traffic fines and insurance, one-way fee, vehicle delivery and pick-up fees, extra requests such as baby seats and Value Added Tax (VAT) are not included in the prices.

PAYMENT
All credit cards are accepted in advance or valid for payment of rental fees.
RENT AND GO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE PRICES AND CONDITIONS AND THE VEHICLE TYPES STATED IN THE SCHEDULE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

TRAFFIC FINES
Traffic laws in Turkey are 120 km on highways. 100 km on intercity roads. and 50km in urban areas. Allows speed. Obey the PARKING PROHIBITED signs when parking. Traffic fines and legal responsibilities to be applied to movements that may arise from non-compliance with traffic laws and the fault of the tenant belong to the tenant. After the vehicle is left, the traffic fines reaching Rent and Go are reflected to the tenant and the relevant amount is collected from the tenant in cash or by credit card (mail order). The time that will pass due to the fact that the vehicles are kept by the official or local authorities for whatever reason is considered within the contract period.
